Privacy Policy

Demo status: This is a draft privacy policy for an independently created sales/demo website, not a document reviewed by an attorney or approved by the business owner. It must go through docs/legal/legal-review.md's "production legal review required" items before this site is used as the business's official site.

What this site collects

The Contact page includes a service request form that asks for your name, phone number and/or email, the service you're interested in, timing, and a message. This site is currently running in demo mode: form submissions are validated and briefly logged server-side for testing purposes only — they are not stored in a database, not emailed anywhere, and not used for marketing.

Analytics

This site is built to optionally use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Each is off by default and only activates if a production analytics ID is configured. When active, these tools may use cookies or similar technology to understand site usage; no analytics ID is configured in this demo.

Third-party embeds

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of the shop's approximate location. Loading that map may involve a request to Google's servers, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion

Because this demo does not persist form submissions beyond a temporary server log, there is currently no stored customer data to request deletion of. A production version of this site would need a defined retention period and a way to request deletion, documented here before launch.
